Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Calls are dispatched & Follow up with respective team within TAT
- Ensuring No Tickets are unattended beyond agreed timeframe
- Ensuring all the Follow-up & Escalations are performed within TAT
- Managing Escalation to ensure TAT adherence
- Managing CRA / MSP / Bank / Network Vendor Etc to ensure timely response on Open tickets
- Conducting Helpdesk performance review
- Managing Helpdesk shift schedule
- Managing long pending tickets and taking up with concern team for closure
- Working on frequent problematic machine and ensure resolutions
- Managing Client escalations via Phone/Mail
- Sharing Performance Dashboard within Team / Management
- Working on SLA Penalty Calculation for multiple vendor / MSP / Bank
- Working & Sharing of MIS with team as and when requested
Qualification
Any Graduate
Experience
- Effective communication skills. Strong at both verbal and written communication
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Minimum experience of 4 years + in similar industry
- Excel Knowledge V Lookup, Pivert table, and basic formulas.
- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Understanding of technical terminologies
