Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Calls are dispatched & Follow up with respective team within TAT
  • Ensuring No Tickets are unattended beyond agreed timeframe
  • Ensuring all the Follow-up & Escalations are performed within TAT
  • Managing Escalation to ensure TAT adherence
  • Managing CRA / MSP / Bank / Network Vendor Etc to ensure timely response on Open tickets
  • Conducting Helpdesk performance review
  • Managing Helpdesk shift schedule
  • Managing long pending tickets and taking up with concern team for closure
  • Working on frequent problematic machine and ensure resolutions
  • Managing Client escalations via Phone/Mail
  • Sharing Performance Dashboard within Team / Management
  • Working on SLA Penalty Calculation for multiple vendor / MSP / Bank
  • Working & Sharing of MIS with team as and when requested

Qualification

Any Graduate

Experience

  • Effective communication skills. Strong at both verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Minimum experience of 4 years + in similar industry
  • Excel Knowledge V Lookup, Pivert table, and basic formulas.
  • Basic Networking Knowledge
  • Understanding of technical terminologies
