Job Description:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings
Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Have in-depth knowledge of business products/services and value proposition
Skill Set:
Strong background in B2B sales preferably with a company with Revenues of 100-500cr per annum
Able to generate & manage his/her own pipeline
Prior experience with leading a team of Sales representatives, managing a company-wide Sales Pipeline
Must demonstrate the ability to liaise & work well with our internal stakeholders/departments
Prior experience within the Real Estate/Business Services sector is beneficial, but not mandatory
Demonstrate the ability to develop new & improve existing systems and processes that enable the sales & after-sales process
Quality of Reporting methods used in the past, Reports & metrics used to monitor and forecast sales with previous employers will be reviewed
Prior experience in budgeting, contract document preparation, pre-sales proposals, contract negotiations
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in business development & Operations in sectors like
facility management, real estate
