Job Summary
  • Coordinating the sales & purchase of IT Hardware products.
  • Regular interaction with clients for billing & Leads.
  • Responsible for timely, accurate quotations and various pro-forma invoices to customers, processing enquiries through email, phone & fax and preparing brochures manuals as required.
  • Preparing Target delegations sheets, weekly projection sheets of Marketing Executive, daily Stock Analysis report, monthly profitability reports, payment collection reports & incentive sheets.
  • Analyzing the market for potential growth & generating new business area.
  • To expand the market for potential growth & generating new business area.
  • To expand the dealer distributor and consultant networking all state of India.
  • Maintained detailed, accurate and up-to-date client files.
  • Check and reply all emails on daily basis, to make sure no mail remail non-responded by end of the business day/
  • Support to information department for planning the system process.
  • Generating repeat business through successful clients follow ups.
  • Coordinating with accounts for generating invoice against each purchase order or proforma invoice.
Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
