Job Summary

Description:

  • On receipt of POs to check availability of stock items, identify items not in stock, and arrange with Purchase to raise order and follow-up the same with Purchase .
  • Once material is available (part or complete) arrange dispatch through stores.
  • Prepare overall Order Tracking Sheet with dispatch details and update to customer. Send POD copy, and Invoice to customer.
  • Before Invoicing check Credit limit with Accounts.
  • Initiate follow-up for payment with Accounts.
  • Receive all incoming calls from End customers / Channel Partners.
  • Play a role of back office, point of contact for all end customers/channel partners.
  • Updating records of the stock every month of all the branches.
  • Prepare quotations for customers.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
