Job Summary "

Description

  • Exposure to global practices/processes in ITES / IT domain
  • Create and develop service offerings in the identified areas
  • Growing the business with revenue quarter by quarter, aiming profitability/ revenue growth.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
  • Coordinate with internal team and client for successful implementation of all projects.
  • Ensure profitable business operation
  • Responding to RFP's, Cost Negotiation, Closures
  • Build proactive proposals respond to services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in the related field preferably who is familiar with IT / ITES industry. Out of this, minimum 5 years must be in business development with demonstrable track record
  • Self-motivated able to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Resourceful, Self-Starter, team player, multi-tasking, detailed-oriented person who possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, leadership skill.
  • Sociable, networking, flexible, good team building and leadership skills.
  • Strong Presentation skills.
