Job Summary

Job Descriptions:

Location: Gurugram/ Bengaluru/ Mumbai (Remote-first organization)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
  • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
  • Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI s & RFP s
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Understanding business and user stories and optimally map them to the product, with a very strong focus on suggesting scalable long term solutions
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and products & competitor landscapes
  • Developing project plans and align with internal and external stakeholders on the rollout plan and dependencies
  • Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
  • You have strong presentation skills
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
  • We can teach you the technology, guide you on soft skills and educate you on processes. You should have a strong sense of self-motivation, and curiosity as well as a good grasp of how to solve problems with technology first approach
  • You feel comfortable talking with all levels of customer teams from individual contributors to C-level executives using language that appropriately translates complex technical and business information
