Support the technology implemented on timely basis. Responding tickets through service desk portal.
Desktop/Laptop management, inventory, network management.
Support in deploy tools for automation and policy improvements. Oversee the design and operation of various cloud-based services, systems and applications.
Integration of the systems of the Organization with the existing IT System - Cloud Infrastructure Engineering & Network Security Architecture familiarity.
Develop and maintain an effective antivirus system and ensure the network is appropriately equipped to defend itself against virus attack or unauthorized access.
Contribute to development and execution of Information Technology strategy in synchronization with business strategy.
Ensure that, as the company grows, process and capabilities of IT systems and know-how meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality and responsiveness.
Use monitoring applications to track performance and availability of the systems. Ensure prompt response and resolution when outages occur or are imminent.
Work as part of a team providing 3rd line support for incidents and requests on hardware, software either directly or indirectly.
3 - 5 years experience in internal IT Infrastructure support role in ITES or international KPO/BPO.
Bachelors in Engineering (Computer Science, IT), Bachelors in Computer Application.
