• Follow the defined processes and help create new ,to enable timely deposits and withdrawals
• Candidate should be able to communicate issues to customers and help them solve the relevant issues while following protocols
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Assisting RM and support team in their day to day operations.

Job requirements

• 1+ years experience is preferred
• Candidate has to work in Rotational shifts and Rotational week off
• Worked on the Escalated issues/queries raised
• Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical skills
• Familiarity with CRM Systems
• Ability to efficiently multitask
• Candidate from similar background is preferred
