Job Summary Job Summary: This position is responsible for driving sales, managing product lifecycles, and developing marketing strategies for MCCB products within the Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation portfolio. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, managing profitability, and launching new MCCB products. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales of MCCB products, aiming for a monthly target of around 30 Crore. Manage target margins and sales for the entire MCCB portfolio, including new products. Focus on achieving price realization for MCCBs. Product Management & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans for MCCBs, ensuring profitability in the short, medium, and long term. Contribute to the development and launch programs for a full range of MCCBs. Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and planning functions to strengthen the MCCB product portfolio. Marketing & Sales Support: Support sales, business development, and customer support functions in promoting and selling MCCBs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in product management and/or marketing within the electrical and automation industry. Skills: Strong understanding of electrical and automation products, particularly MCCBs. Proven ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Experience in product lifecycle management. Target-oriented and results-driven. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CRM, product management tools).

B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical
