Job Summary Key Accountabilities: 1. Work Closely with Stakeholders to Define Strategic Priorities Set clear and ambitious product vision, communicating effectively with key stakeholders and the team. Establish a robust feedback and review mechanism across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Collaborate with teams to ensure product alignment with organizational strategies and requirements. 2. Product Development, Launch & Usage Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to development, assessing the business impact of the product once operationalized. Continuously improve the backlog with the team, ensuring clarity, estimation, and prioritization of tasks. Approve features and provide valuable feedback to enhance the product based on customer-driven design, usability tests, and market research. Major Challenges: Managing diverse stakeholder interests to develop a unified product vision and ensure efficient product development. Delivering products on time while navigating uncertainties in the development process. Continuously improving products based on real-time user feedback. Key Interactions: Design Team: Develop the product frontend. Technology Team: Develop infrastructure to support the product. Data Science and Architecture Teams: Derive insights from data to inform product decisions. Strategy Team: Align and implement product vision. Sales/Commercial Teams: Ensure product adoption and success with end users. Technology Vendors: Ensure appropriate infrastructure for product delivery. Creative Agencies: Work on product design and internal communications. Dimensions of Impact: Managing products that impact ~8,000 medical representatives, reaching around 400,000 doctors. Making key decisions in product design, layout, and features, and overseeing product vision and user journeys. Key Decisions: Approving product design and layout. Defining user journeys and feedback mechanisms. Managing project timelines and the agile process. Setting the overall product vision and determining features. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience leading product teams in an agile environment. Proven knowledge of digital healthcare industry concepts, practices, and procedures. Comfortable engaging with tech teams to assess risks and challenges. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts, trade-offs, and decisions clearly. Demonstrated leadership, with the authority to make real-time decisions in an Agile environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a diverse group of stakeholders.
Qualification :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading product teams in an agile setting in a similar role.
