Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle entire operational activities related to Offshore Schemes in close co-ordination with Fund Administrator based at Mauritius including:
- Cash flow management
- NAV verification and publication
- Monitoring of Inflow and outflow of fund
- Review of Expense structure of Schemes
- Computation / Verification of Brokerage payable to distributors
- Finalization of Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Financials in liaising with Fund Administrator and Auditor
- Liaison with Fund Administrator for Compliances of Offshore Schemes / entity
- Prepare various ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly MIS related to offshore schemes / entity
- Liaising with Fund Administrator for arranging Board Meeting and Shareholders Meeting
Essential Skill Set
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent communication skill and active listening skill
- Proficient in MS-Office viz. Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
- Understanding of Regulatory framework and guidelines
- Conversant with FPI Regulations and USIT
- Working knowledge of Mutual Fund industry / PMS / AIF / Equity & Debt Market
