Job Summary

7+ years experience working in online market research operations;
Good knowledge on programming tools Decipher, Confirmit & Qualtrics (any two should be mandatory)
2+ years in line management experience, including training and mentoring;
Excellent communication skills confident speaking with people at all levels (i.e., internal and external, junior and senior, technical and non-technical);
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Logical thinking with exceptional high attention to detail;
Strong time management and workload-balancing skills;
Ability to lead and provide direction when working in teams;
