Job Summary
  • 7+ years experience working in online market research operations;
  • Good knowledge on programming tools Decipher, Confirmit & Qualtrics (any two should be mandatory)
  • 2+ years in line management experience, including training and mentoring;
  • Excellent communication skills confident speaking with people at all levels (i.e., internal and external, junior and senior, technical and non-technical);
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Logical thinking with exceptional high attention to detail;
  • Strong time management and workload-balancing skills;
