A day in this role would involve performing analysis on data from various analytics, CRM, and marketing systems and finding opportunities to improve marketing, operations, and website performance. You will be interacting with and presenting to C-level executives on a regular basis, and it is important that you are exceptional at communicating your analysis in business terms.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Expert level understanding on Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst or any other Analytics tools

- Experience with setting up enhanced eCommerce in GA and auditing GA for gaps

- Expertise in using A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely or a similar tool

- Demonstrated capability in having grown conversion rates on websites and references for the same

- Demonstrated ability to code in SQL,R or Python.

- Adept at putting together presentations and presenting to senior leaders with minimal guidance

- Familiarity with digital marketing, email marketing tools and their capabilities

- Ability to coach junior resources and manage their workload

- Proficient in spoken and written English

Senior Analyst
- We are looking for a senior analytics person who can help us grow the analytics business. A day in this role would entail an end to end cycle from
- Engaging with CXO's at large enterprises to discover problems and propose solutions
- Work with analysts to solve the problem and drive success.
- Train and mentor analysts and build delivery capability

Requirements
