JOB DESCRIPTION:
A.
1. To manage and sell Antiseptic & Disinfectants through interaction with Microbiologist/ Infection Control Head,OT In charge/Nursing in charge, Purchasing In charge,intensivist/ ICU in charge.
2.Making product presentations for the doctors,Ot In charge, ICU in charge & related healthcare professionals & also demonstrate the usage.
3.Organizing Healthcare professional meetings,CME's, seminars etc.
4.Identifying & establishing new business.
B.Knowledge & Skills
1) Basic knowledge of B2B selling skills.
2) Negotiating skills with experience of handling purchasing head of Hospitals.
3) Should have knowledge of Hospitals of the area and relationship with key decision makers of these hospitals.
4)Basic knowledge of Microbiology
5)Basic computer skills
C.Experience
Minimum 1-2 years in Frontline sales in sales in Hospital Centric Business( Critical care or Antiseptics,Disnfectants,Surgical Products).
Preferred - Critical care or surgical care skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Good command over Telugu
