Assistant Manager Data Insights And Analysis Job in Samhita

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Through secondary research, collate and compile databases related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and integrate data from other credible sources.
• Use open source tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources and online databases.
• Use statistical packages to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction.
• Prepare reports for corporate clients stating trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data.
• Work with senior leadership at Samhita by augmenting evidence based approaches to strategic decision making.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• An academic background in Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics or any other Social Sciences discipline.
• Has at least 4+ years of experience in the Social Sector in data management and research roles.
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analysis.
• Knowledge of data visualization softwares like Tableau, Qlik.
• Has an ability to quickly develop both an intuitive and data-backed view of customers (beneficiary, funder) needs and is able to deliver on meeting those needs.
• Possesses a sound knowledge of the development landscape in India, including an in-depth understanding of the roles of various stakeholders.
• Is adept at generating insights, analysis, writing reports, and making presentations for corporate clients.
• Use insights to provide market intelligence.
• Candidates who have proven experience in conducting Baseline Survey, Impact Assessment and SROI analysis will be given preference.
• Is a self starter, works proactively and independently and is comfortable working and integrating with other teams.
