Job Title: System Administrator

Location: India Full-Time Remote, NCR, Bengaluru

Job Function: Technology & Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in a computer hardware environment, or the equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities You ll Shoulder

Own and operate company deployed MDM solution

Manage users and ensure user data is accurate in the MDM

Create, configure, and maintain security policies on the MDM and maintain enforcement

Understand MDM reporting capabilities and provide weekly reports to CISO/Engineering Leads

Assess MDM capabilities and provide recommendations on optimization and usage

Provide hardware and software support for devices used by company employees

Perform regular and surprise audits for devices to ensure we remain compliant with guidelines laid down by certifications and compliances (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2)

Manage and handle tools used by SaaS Labs to have an ongoing compliance in place (Sprinto, Tugboat, Guard)

Coordinate with the hardware team to create onboarding processes

Provides IT support for on and off-site events

Establish a secure access (VPN) for employees to access protected information if needed

Skills You ll Need

Degree in a computer-related field, MIS, IT, or related field skills, or the equivalent combination of training and experience

Attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills

Ability to adhere to and meet deliverables following strict service level agreements

Knowledge of computer hardware and software including recent Microsoft and Mac operating systems, and Microsoft and Mac common desktop applications

Knowledge of mobile device hardware and software including iOS and Android platforms

Working knowledge of any MDM solution (preferably MS Intune or Jamf)

Basic API and scripting skills highly desired

A+ or similar certifications are a plus

Demonstrated ability to assist and communicate well with employees and other stakeholders

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to prioritize among multiple, competing requests

Must be a self-starter with strong organization skills
