Job Summary We are looking for... System Administrator Noida Full-Time Technology What it's like to work with a fast growing SaaS company Founded in 2017 by IIT Delhi alumni, Attentive is a B2B SaaS company serving the outdoor services industry in the United States. We are building an end to end SaaS platform with a deep-tech core that analyzes geospatial imagery, enabling us to provide a suite of software solutions for our clientele. Your Role We are looking for a System Administrator to join our engineering team and help us manage IT infrastructure and help our various departments systems for smooth working. As a System Administrator at Attentive, you will help us in the maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network issues. A Day in the Life Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of on-premise computer systemsManage LAN and WAN networkTroubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics.Work with IT Asset Management for tracking and procurement of new hardware (Tool- Manage-engine)Network printer installation and configurationAdd workstations in Windows Active DirectorySetup new windows, mac and ubuntu based systems for usersStandard AAI required and third-party software installations on windows, mac and ubuntu systemsMonitor performance and maintain systems according to requirementsTroubleshoot hardware issues and outagesEnsure security through access controls, backups and firewallsUpgrade systems with new releases and modelsProvide remote desktop support to all users working from homeAntivirus client installation and definition updateMicrosoft patches and service pack update on system What You Need Strong knowledge of networking software, hardware and networking protocol2-3 years of work experience as a System AdministratorExpertise in System Management and TroubleshootingExpertise in Hardware troubleshootingExpertise in Operating Systems installation and configurationKnowledge of Antivirus and FirewallsExpertise in Desktop related problem solvingKnowledge in O.S patching and antivirus configurationExpertise in installation of developer software like VS Code, npm, git on UbuntuKnowledge of Nvidia GPU based systems
