Job Summary

Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities MUST HAVE
  

• Good conceptual understanding of Windows architecture
• Atleast 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Wintel
• Been into end-user support team for last 2 years
• Hands-on experience on user administration & management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)
• Willingness to work on Desktops issues (in domain environment)
• Willingness to work in permanent night shifts (no medical situation)
• Hands-on experience for either O365 or VMWare/Hyper-V or Azure

NICE TO HAVE

• Networking skills (Windows, CISCO)
• Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Backups
• Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Firewalls
• MCSE or CCNA or A+ certification
• VMWare or AWS or Azure certified

Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
