Location: India Full-Time Remote, NCR, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full Time

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years as Product Designer.


Responsibilities You ll Shoulder

  • Revamp the entire JustCall UI/UX to improve usability and increase adoption.
  • Formulate and standardise design practises across the platform - Web, Desktop & Mobile apps.
  • Design and build JustCall brand and design system that scales with the product.
  • Branding JustCall as a modern mid-market/enterprise platform.
  • Shape the design process, feedback cycles and culture within the organization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the user needs and translate user research insights into scalable and intuitive product designs.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to implement, ship, test and iterate the product.


Skills You ll Need

  • Are fluent in visual and interactive prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, Lottie, Adobe Suite and/or others)
  • Have experience collaborating with a diverse team in a rapid growth environment.
  • Have deep experience with rapid prototyping to explore and convey high quality design solutions.
  • Prior experience in developing a full fledged Product is preferable.
