Now we're looking for the latest addition to our team a Product Design Lead. This is someone who not only loves dealing in pixels but also wants to play a leadership role in the success of products with clear direction, guidance, and encouragement for the team. The role will be part leadership and part individual contributor :)
What will you be responsible for?
- Take ideas from concept to build ready assets, employing solid product thinking and robust design processes
- Guide the design process for the team throughout the project and drive client presentations
- Facilitate discussions within the team to challenge the status quo and produce radically better design outcomes
- Develop a deep understanding of the client and the problems they are looking to solve, extracting key insights and constraints for the team to work within
- Inspire new ways of thinking and approaching design problems to establish a bar for design thinking and execution
- Work closely with developers to foster innovation and ensure feasibility and fidelity of the final output
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
