Job Summary
  • MBA/M.Com or similar master degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources etc.
  • 8- 15 years of proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role, with at least relevant 7 years of experience in handling payroll for 200 employee size of company.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll transactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address employee inquiries.
