It Support Specialist Job in Roanuz

Job Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain computer systems and applications Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action Analyze the problem, identification of appropriate resources, testing of proposed fixes, and follow up to ensure the problem has been resolved. Resolve and respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests Provide comprehensive technical support across the team Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions and document the same Dealing with and resolving helpdesk requests Required skills: Basic Knowledge of any object-oriented programming language (preferably python). Knowledge of Linux commands and SQL, NoSQL queries Good understanding of Linux Services and Linux based Web Servers such as Nginx Experience in troubleshooting issues in Linux & Windows OS Familiar with Ubuntu OS Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work in a rotational shift which includes night shifts as well A degree in computer science or a related field would be preferred Nice to have: Knowledge in AWS cloud Hosting or some other cloud hosting Why should you join Roanuz?
