- Prior experience in the chat / Email process
- Strong Written & Communication skills
- Effectively handles Multitasking
- Understand trigger statements and identified customer pain points
- Provides concise information as requested
- Telecom process knowledge is added advantage
- Should be flexible for Nigh shift working
