Manager - Finance Job in Renous

Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design finance strategy
- Analyze monthly & quarterly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)
- Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial reports
- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company
- Collect cost information and maintain an expenses data base.
- Analyze cost of raw material and other supplies
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
- Advising management on financial transactions and investment opportunities
- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
- Coordinating with banks & processing online payments and bank statements, GST Returns
- Bank Liaison- Interest checking, Timely payment of EMIs/Repayments/Interest, etc.
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Evaluating and analyzing the company's current financial position,
- Providing information and financial reports to Management and various stakeholders
Requirements:
- Qualification: ICWA with 6 - 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Should have experience in a manufacturing organization or an Automotive/Auto Ancillary Company
- Hands-on experience on SAP, Tally, MS Office - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships
- Good business acumen, problem-solving ability
