Job Description:
1. Effective Coordination, Monitoring, Controlling & Improving the Operational Processes & Practices in Production, Dispatch & PE of the Plant.
2. Daily review & Monitoring of Production plan Vs. actual, Machine utilization, Downtime losses and actions for 100% adherence.
3. Knowledge Required: Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 7QC tools, Inventory Management, Export documentation, Process improvement, Productivity enhancement, MS Office, SAP-PP module, sheet metal Stamping, Welding, CED & powder coating, IATF 16949.
Education: B.Tech. / B.E. (Mechanical) + M. Tech (Mechanical / Operations)
Experience: 12 to 15 years
