Position: Inside Sales Executive
Experience level: 6 - 10 years
Location: Bangalore, India
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, follow up and close deals from a specified filtered list of database provided.
Through a very comprehensive lead list, the Inside Sales Executive will be responsible not only to generate revenue or impact sales revenue but also to build relationship with the customer to further strengthen the business relationship. The role will be the critical gateway for a significant market impact to be made where one sale can potentially branch into many other thereby exponentially increasing the revenue generated along with future upsells and solution offering.
Responsibilities:
- Selling services based on a defined guideline and measured threshold
- Follow up's on lead to accelerate sales closure in an aggressive yet productive manner by meeting defined Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Passing the qualification criteria through key domain-specific scripts with a focused intent to be a subject matter expert.
- Working closely with the business unit owner on strategy and sales execution
- Updating standard tools like Salesforce key in crucial information and syncing this information with the database
- Identifying tracking mechanisms, follow-up alarms and call-back strategies to stay on top of identified leads and opportunities.
- Proactively profile assigned contacts/accounts to identify key decision makers and other relevant information to generate new business and build the sales funnel.
- Working with relevant teams to define targeted methodologies to contact existing leads on new opportunities, deals and referrals to drive closure.
- Working closely with the delivery, engineering, marketing and project teams to share vital data and quarterback key assignments
- Brainstorming with leadership to define better outbound call strategies to cater to US/global market expansion and deeper coverage
- Maintain current knowledge of products, customers, and competitive product differences along with competition info.
