Job Summary Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:
  • Engage with prospects through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals to present tailored solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM systems. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
