Job Summary
  • Manpower planning in departments along with Management.
  • Coordinate with Management for all necessary approval of new manpower requisitions with data analysis.
  • Working with team to maintain proper manpower in all departments & necessary documentation.
  • Ensure that background verification process is followed by team for all employees.
  • Overview HR induction process & make sure all induction formalities for new joiner employees are completed in stipulated time frame.
  • Cross verify new joiner file prepared by team.
  • Get changes done in payroll software & check for proper implementation, whenever there is updating or revision of any rule/policy regarding salary.
  • Cross verify salary processed in every month within stipulated time & give approval for further process.
  • Grievance Handling. -Attend Grievance of an individual employee & take remedial measures in coordination with departmental team lead.
  • Disciplinary Action. - To issue warning letter to accused employee with all necessary approvals & make sure that received copy of letter goes in employee personal file.
  • Policy framing. -To prepare diff. policies as per necessity and requirement of the organization & ensure implementation of policy on ground.
  • Ensuring that all the HR activities e.g. Event celebrations, Festival celebrations, ESS, welfare activities, etc. are initiated and implemented for all employees.
  • Verification of offer & appointment letters for new joiners & approval.
  • Work with HR team for appraisal process of all the employees in coordination with department heads, following standards, procedures and timelines defined by management.
  • Conduct Exit interviews of employees, do the analysis & present it to management on monthly basis.
Legal Compliances & audits -
  • Responsible for all activities related to HR compliances.
  • Make sure all required licenses & registrations (from HR point of view) are in place & keep track of renewal of same. Get it renewed whenever required.
  • Facing all audits related to HR compliances, salaries, compensations, benefits, bonus, allowances, deductions etc.
  • Verify reports for HR compliances as per the requirement by law / act.
  • Legal Issue- Identify the potential cases & seek legal opinion from legal consultant. Implement instructions given by legal consultant & be in coordination with Management regarding such issued & updates.
  • Make sure that agreements & statutory compliances with outsourced agencies are in place & all compliances are followed as per act/rule.
  • Check monthly bills of outsourced agencies for proper legal compliances & forward it to accounts for further process.
  • Make sure all legal compliances are done on time & submission of all necessary reports / forms in labour/pf office within stipulated time.
  • Be a part of grievance committee & internal complaints committee & attend all necessary meeting as & when called by committee chairman.
Training & Development -
  • Make sure that training activities for all the employees are in place with HR team.
  • Design training sessions & conduct training sessions for employees.
  • Verify that preparation of the Training related documents (Attendance Register, Feedback Forms, and Handouts etc.) is in place.
  • Any other work assigned by the management.
Required Candidate profile
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of HR Activities
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office.
