Job Summary Designation: HR Manager Experience: 3 to 10 years Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus. Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in a related field. A Master s degree is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in the advertising or creative industry. Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Creative and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for fostering a positive work culture. As HR Manager, you will Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives. Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and fair manner. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle all HR-related legal matters.
Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
