Job Summary

Job Role:

  • Present on web chat and phone for 10 hours (9 AM 7 PM)
  • Work on Alternate Sundays (weekly day-off given)
  • Answer customer queries
  • Help in customer bookings

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Should be able to understand and respond in English. Necessary on-job chat training will be given.
  • Conversational English/Hindi is required
