You will join our Special Services department

As our new experienced data analyst, you will be part of a team, which is responsible for carrying out detailed analysis related to our larges projects around the world and may include e.g. data in the transport sector traffic data, time series, live measurements, geographical data, historical data and work will be related to Data Mining, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and Prediction supporting Rambolls business units globally. With an ever-increasing need for data tracking and storing, we are currently expanding our business in this area. The purpose of our department is to add value to our projects by taking advantage of data to deliver data driven services. We will work with analysing data related to large transport projects bridges, tunnels etc. in design and related to asset management but also most likely within other sectors buildings, energy etc.

• Understand user requirements
• Analysing and visualising data
• Build models based on data

• Must possess 5-8 years of experience with data analysis, statistical analysis, AI/ML
• Hold a relevant educational degree
• Solid experience within Python, MatLab, Excel, databases
• Fluent in English written and orally

Welcome to our Ramboll Engineering Centre

Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) was established as a dedicated institution for creating the excellence centre in Ramboll. REC focusses on providing global expertise using local resources from India. Facilitates cooperation between India, business units in Europe and the Middle East specifically for the Buildings, Transport and Water sectors.

This big team is divided into groups of dedicated personnel working for structures in UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway who sometimes also work across these boundaries. They are virtual teammates working on common projects, prime business units in the above countries being the ones who coordinate with the clients and other consultants as well as with REC to pass on the design solutions to the user. The wide range in type of projects vary from high rise structures, to precast, to post tensioning etc., for some regions to industrial structures depending on the country you are working for. The most attractive thing is in spite of the challenges of working across continents, because of the culture of planning ahead and ability to understand each others needs, everyone works in a peaceful and lively manner, enjoyment and empowerment being some of the Ramboll values.
