Job Description JOB TITLE: Enterprise Sales Manager WORK LOCATION:Pune DEPARTMENT: Sales The Job: This position is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and developing enterprise accounts in the assigned geography for data centre, servers and storage, audio-visual unified communication, cloud services, etc. We are looking for someone who could be proficient in one or two of our solution lines and would be keen to learn the others. Account Development and Management and Customer Centricity are the cornerstones of this job. Experience or current job in the same location would be preferred. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Develop the business and grow the customer base of end users and manage account in India, and consolidate existing relationships Develop long-term strategies and short-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals. Be mindful of the P&L for the business and help grow the profitable business Demonstrate attitude and skills in designing and presenting new solutions and ideas to customers as per their requirements. Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of competitive offerings in the marketplace. Demonstrate expertise and success in target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques Understand customer s business to be able to explore opportunities and help the customer meet their business objectives Understand product and solutions and be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients Drive revenue growth and pipeline in strategic and enterprise accounts both local and global Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the market such as procurement, IT, end users and various influencers Collaborating with cross-functional teams, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business plans.
