Job Summary
Role:General Manager Sales and Marketing
Location:Karnataka Area
Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent.
- IIT and IIM graduates will have an added advantage.
Experience:3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience 10 to 20 years of rich experience in Retail Sales and Marketing of TMT Steel Bars.
Skills Required:
- Excellent motivational & leadership skills to inspire performance, Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed, Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and challenging environment, Strong communication and team building skill.
- Experience in setting up a retail market for minimum 600cr Company.
- Able to ensure minimum sales of 10000 tons every month and 100% collections on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible to handle a Retail Sales Team of minimum 20 members for Karnataka.
