Job Description

  • Client Acquisition and management

  • Monitor, mentor, and manage the Corporate team

  • Business development and revenue generation

  • Provide advisory services, negotiate settlements

  • Handling transactions

  • Reviewing drafts & agreements

  • Corporate due diligence & compliance



Requirements

  • LLB or LLM

  • A minimum of 15-20 years experience as a corporate lawyer.

  • Excellent Managerial, Negotiation & communication skills.

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

  • Candidates residing in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad will be preferred.
