Job Description

  • Providing service for Customer & Handling customers.
  • Problem solving over phone and mails.
  • Generating reports from backend and sending to customer.

Candidate Requirement

  • Good written and verbal communication Skills in English and Hindi is mandatory, additional language.
  • Telephone manners of receiving calls, making calls and communication through mail are added advantage.
  • Prior experience of customer interaction (3-6 months in tele calling, customer service center-etc. optional.
  • Quick learner, ready to work in shifts.
  • Experience on dealer management or automobile or heavy equipment industry will be added advantage.
