Job Description
- Providing service for Customer & Handling customers.
- Problem solving over phone and mails.
- Generating reports from backend and sending to customer.
Candidate Requirement
- Good written and verbal communication Skills in English and Hindi is mandatory, additional language.
- Telephone manners of receiving calls, making calls and communication through mail are added advantage.
- Prior experience of customer interaction (3-6 months in tele calling, customer service center-etc. optional.
- Quick learner, ready to work in shifts.
- Experience on dealer management or automobile or heavy equipment industry will be added advantage.
