Role & Responsibilities:
- Research and gather information related to customers, industry, competitors, and product technology trends.
- Evaluate new and established research sources & gather insights for application.
- Tracking financial, business, and operating performance of peers and analysis and benchmarking of performance trends.
- Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of business MIS, KPIs, and benchmarking with the competition.
- Prepare materials that summarize data, draw conclusions and provide recommendations to support key business discussions.
- Competitive Analysis, Industry review reports/presentations for senior management on a case-to-case basis.
- Keep up to date with the changes in the landscape and disseminate information within the team of the changes and its impact.
- Identifying potential M&A targets.
- Relationship with various Investment Bankers, Investors, potential targets.
- Take charge and oversee the entire transaction end-to-end.
