Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Corporate Relations Manager role located in Bengaluru. The CorporateRelations Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships,managing corporate communications, managing finances, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasksinclude but are not limited to building and managing relationships with corporate partners andindustry leaders, identifying and developing new business opportunities, developing corporatepromotional materials, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing financesrelated to corporate partnerships.
Qualifications:
Experience in Corporate Relations, Business Relationship Management, andCommunication
MBA would be a plus
Graduation is any field
MBA is preferred
Proven experience in corporate relations, business development, or a related role.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with market trends and the hiring landscape.
Role & Responsibility:
Forge and Maintain Partnerships:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring partners, corporations, andindustry stakeholders.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential partners alignedwith our goals.
Create a Nexus of Hiring Partners:
Develop and implement strategies to create a robust network of hiring partners willing tohire from our pool of learners.
Engage partners in recruitment events, workshops, and collaborative initiatives.
Repository Management:
Proactively identify, research, and compile a comprehensive repository of open job rolesin the market.
Regularly update and maintain the repository, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, skill requirements, and hiringdemands.
Use market insights to tailor engagement strategies and position our learners effectivelyin the job market.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the skill set of our learners and matchthem with suitable job opportunities.
Communicate effectively with hiring partners, ensuring a clear understanding of ourlearners' capabilities.
