Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM. Design and configure new process workflows
  • Spotting ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks.
  • Development of custom reports and dashboards to help informed decision-making
  • Triage CRM system-related requests and provide broad day-to-day support for users (e.g., troubleshooting, root cause analysis, etc.)
  • Build frameworks, dashboards, formulate processes for management and operational reporting.
  • To achieve business objectives by supporting and ensuring successful completion of building, testing, and deployment of analytics tasks
  • Developing analytics framework for the leadership
  • Managing the data analytics across the organization, and work with multiple data sources to help create a 360 view of data.
  • Support strong data governance and management to ensure compliance with data standards and a single view is maintained.

Requirements:

  • 0 - 5 years of experience as a CRM specialist or a similar role
  • Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
  • Ability to discern meaning from patterns and spot trends from data, and have strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication (written and oral both)
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, manipulating large data sets)
  • Preferred but Not required: Hands-on experience on LeadSquared
  • Ability to multitask, identify problems, and provide solutions

Salary : INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 annually
