We are currently seeking a Paid Media Lead to focus on developing cross-channel digital media strategies and managing and optimizing media efforts on an ongoing basis across all digital channels including paid search, display, and social.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real time tracking of social media comments & messages.
• Responding to Customers Queries and Complaints.
• Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and must have a passion for content fast thinking.
• Individual who can create content on a variety of complaints, queries or request.
• Understand the customer and draft a response accordingly.
• Maintaining Daily Reports. Taking care of all deliveries of the client as per SLA.

Must Have:

• 2-4 years of hands on experience in response and crisis management
• Excellent knowledge of different response management and analytics tools
• The ability to collect and analyze data volumes to derive the right insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong grammatical knowledge and keen attention to detail.
• Strong research skills.
• Team worker, good time management, proficient with MS Office and good knowledge about Social Media Platforms.
