Job Summary

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AT QRATA?

We are seeking a smart and self-motivated HR Generalist reporting to the Founder will be responsible for recruitment efforts, employee life-cycle administration, company policy and procedure adherence.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AT QRATA?

Oversee regional recruitment efforts.

Support new hire onboarding and offboarding efforts.

Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.

Support employee data management.

Support change initiatives related to culture, performance recognition and policies.

MUST HAVE S

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related area.

Minimum 1 year experience in HR Operations.

2+ years of recruitment experience.

Excellent Fluency in English communication.

Excellent experience in Excel / Google Suite.

GOOD TO HAVE S

Experience working with a Top Staffing / Recruiting Agency

Experience in HRMS tools

Experience Required :

Fresher
