Job Summary

1. Should be able to call the candidates and set up interviews

2. Should be able to handle end-to-end HR requirements.

3. Should be able to update our internal databases with new employee

information, including contact details and employment forms.

4. Should be able to gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and

bank accounts.

5. Should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment for the organization

6. Should be able to post, update and remove job ads from job boards,

careers pages and social networks.

7. Should be able to take care of the Generalist Role as well.

8. Should be able to take care of the Joining Formalities, Induction, Exit

Interviews, etc.

9. Should be able to conduct employee onboarding and help organize

training & development initiatives

10. Should be maintain employee files and records in electronic and

paper form.

11. Should have some knowledge of compliance with labour

regulations.

12. Should assist in development and implementation of human

resource policies

13. Should be to promote HR programs to create an efficient and

conflict-free workplace

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Preferred - Recruitment skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Bengaluru

    Experience Required :

    1 to 2 Year
