- We started Qrata in 2016. We are a 40+ person team based out of Mumbai and Bangalore.
- We have our own platform and framework that includes pre vetting talent for accelerated hiring as well as building a composite talent profile including community references to create predictable hiring outcomes/structured learning for our talent community.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION AT QRATA?
We are hiring a business development manager, who should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business and play an impactful role in scaling the organization to next level.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AT QRATA?
Research and understand the market through various mediums and create & execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients to increase the revenue month on month for yourself and your team
Devise a strategy to acquire relevant leads, work on quick onboarding of strategic clients and maintain the CRM for pipeline aggressively
Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of achieving high client onboarding rate.
Preparing professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for client presentations.
MUST HAVE S
Have a strong understanding of the new account acquisition and handling complex multi-business unit-level sales
Are quick learners with strong listening and negotiating skills and can showcase our offerings in a compelling way
Have strong data-driven thinking and analytical skills, and can analyse data to develop action plans accordingly
Can develop business strategies post analysing the internal and external impact
Have excellent communication skills in all forms and have a natural ability to network and build a strong rapport with probable prospects
Have in-depth knowledge of business offerings & value propositions and can solve complex problems accordingly
Can motivate and engage a team such that they can go above and beyond their potential to create an impact on the business objectives
Proficient in word, excel & PowerPoint.
