Preferred skills

  • Manage ethics and compliance function as per laid policy and procedures of the Firm.
  • Promptly conduct investigations related to complaints and allegations of ethical wrongdoing or conflicts of interest. Prepares written investigative reports as necessary
  • Develops and maintains confidential procedures for the handling and processing of complaints and allegations. conduct and manage confidential hearing of employees and other third parties issues related to the ethics or conflicts.
  • Prepare and manage complete documentation for ethics complaints and reports
  • Maintains an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of firms and network requirements, compliance and reporting responsibilities
  • Participate in compliance risk assessments and communications in order to ensure compliance with
  • applicable laid guidelines enacted by IAC internal policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance to firms network standards and other network and firm risk management policies.
  • Training / coaching team members in their areas of expertise while being open for engagements out-side the comfort zone
  • Actively participates in trainings on ethics and compliance requirements
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum years experience required

  • IAC will provide a professional an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop process and quality based skills.
  • Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of relevant experience in audits or internal audits (big fours are preferred)
  • Experience in Ethics and Business Conduct and risk management domain will be an added advantage and preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication skills
