Mandatory Skills-

  • Good communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in End-user computing, Hardware & Networking Support.
  • Troubleshooting & fixing desktop / laptop OS, Email client (Lotus notes, Gmail etc.)
  • Understanding of Cloud software offerings, Video Conferencing and Voice System
  • Expertise in troubleshooting of Operating systems (Windows, IOS).
  • OS Imaging: Build, test, implement and regularly upgrade OS image for new desktop/laptop or as per the Business specific requirements.
  • Handle technical escalations for L2 and L3 Calls.
  • Experience in Mobile Device Management technologies (Apple and Android IOS)
  • Should be able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incident tickets.
  • Should be able to coordinate actively with Local and Global Teams

Good to have-

  • Testing of new/old Hardware/software products for compatibility and performance.
  • Requirements determination and facilitate the testing of the same during UAT/pilot.
  • Knowledge Management: Create SOPs for known solutions and script whichever possible
  • Process Documentation: Ensure all process documents, maps and SOPs are updated regularly.
  • New Technology/Product Evaluation and Implementation: Understand, evaluate, carry out pilots, recommend, take approval and implement new products and technologies.
