Your Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our Business Intelligence team, focused on delivering critical reporting functionalities for PTC's Finance team. This role will involve designing and developing reporting functionalities and collaborating with a diverse and agile team to solve key business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and deliver reporting functionalities critical to PTC s Finance team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members (Business, Product Owner, QA, other BI members) in an Agile environment to understand requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Leverage experience with ERP data sources, financial systems like Oracle EBS and Salesforce, and reporting tools such as Qlik, Oracle BI, Informatica ETL, and Oracle Analytics Cloud to build high-quality, business-critical reports.
- Agile Team Participation: Actively participate in daily scrums and work with the Scrum team to groom user stories and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with IT management, senior financial managers, and both technical and non-technical team members across the organization.
Must-Have Skills
- Technical Design: Strong experience in technical design, particularly with reporting tools and dimensional modeling.
- ERP and Financial Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP data sources, including Oracle EBS and Salesforce, is highly preferred.
- Analytics Tools: Proficiency with Qlik, Oracle BI, Informatica ETL, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a plus.
- Agile Experience: Previous experience working in Agile teams and contributing in various roles during Agile projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, perform demos, provide updates, and identify risks/issues.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities, especially in the context of delivering business-critical reporting functionalities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance/Accounting (or a related field).
- 8+ years of experience working with reporting and analytics tools, including dimensional modeling and design.

Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Data Science/Computer Science/Information Technology or Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting and related work experience
