Job Summary

The Role Reporting to the Head Human Resources, Pepper Advantage India, the HR Business Partner role will work on aligning the organization s 'people strategy' with the 'business strategy. This role will be actively involved in ensuring employee engagement and managing all HR policies and processes to ensure business objectives are met. Responsibilities Assisting with the Establishment of the HR function (keeping in mind we are at startup stage of the function). HR policies and procedures design and communication. Implementation of digitalization of all HR processes including HRMS and ensuring comprehensive, accurate and up to date employee information Providing reporting and HR analytics monthly Implementation of standard HR processes and practices including Performance Management, Talent Management, implementation of Group L&D initiatives at regional level and implementation of Job Levels framework Employee Grievance handling and liaising with managers and employes on general HR issues, queries Work on Engagement Projects like connect programs, workplace implementation, fun@work etc. Attrition management, undertaking exit interviews and reporting on employee sentiment. Custodian of Diversity and Inclusion; implement Group and regional D&I initiatives. Employee Wellness and Wellbeing initiatives Assist Head of HR on projects as assigned from time to time Skills and experience required Graduate in any stream Post-Graduate in HR 5-6 years of experience in a Generalist HR role Proficiency in windows, Excel and PowerPoint Digital literacy Business acumen / inclination toward understanding business fundamentals Networking and relationship building skills Analytical mindset Ownership and accountability
