Job Summary

HR Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior management, department heads, Country Head and COO in the local office, providing support, guidance, training and knowledge sharing as required.
  • Develop, maintain and lead relationships with:
    • Key business heads in India
    • Key heads of Verticals & functions overseas in HK/SG for India HR advisory

Function & Team Management:

  • Manage and lead an HR team in Singapore & India
    • Setting and monitoring objectives and targets for the team and motivating them to achieve high levels of performance
    • Providing real time guidance, coaching, training, and mentoring as required
    • Undertaking regular appraisal and review processes for direct reports ensuring that quality feedback is provided regularly to align staff performance in accordance with personal objectives and overall business strategy
    • Creating and leading a performance culture within the team, growing and developing talent and ensuring staff who are not meeting expectations are actively performance managed
  • Oversee and manage the HR services and support provided to Client Groups, ensuring that high service standards are maintained
  • Enforce the correct and complete application of HR Policy & Procedure with team members
  • Manage and resolve policy, process or other HR matters escalated by team members or otherwise identified as requiring intervention
  • Identify and champion continual improvement of HR policy and procedure and consult and collaborate with the POC team on this as required
  • Manage HR supplier relationships, ensuring appropriate agreements are in place and issues arising are followed through and resolved
  • Manage / contribute to the recruitment of new HR talent in accordance with business needs and approved headcount strategy
  • Provide, and ensure complete back up for other HR Business Partners / colleagues is provided when they are out of the office
  • Lead and champion change and continual improvement both within HR and the broader business
  • Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of employee information is preserved at all times
