Job Summary

5+ years of experience in business analysis and technical project management, including client engagement and service delivery with Scrum Master expertise.
Proficient in agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preference for CSM or PSM certification.
Bachelor s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Facilitate communication with US clients and coordinate activities.
Gather and document business requirements, create user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
Maintain project plans, track progress, and coordinate team efforts.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and assessments.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
Lead agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile practices.
