Job Summary
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and technical project management, including client engagement and service delivery with Scrum Master expertise.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preference for CSM or PSM certification.
- Bachelor s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Facilitate communication with US clients and coordinate activities.
- Gather and document business requirements, create user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Maintain project plans, track progress, and coordinate team efforts.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and assessments.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates on project status.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile practices.
