Dive deep into their RFIs and RFPs like you re solving a treasure map.

Sketch out workflow charts, diagrams, and system capabilities you turn chaos into clarity.

Gather the right squad internally (project managers, presales gurus, tech architects), and cook up the perfect response to every client ask.

Be the voice of reality if a request impacts cost or timeline, you re the first to raise the flag.

Present prototypes, show off solutions, and become your client s trusted advisor not just a note-taker.

Phase 2: Speak the Language of Delivery

Keep the delivery team tuned into every whisper of customer feedback.
