Job Summary
  • Answer emails / chats received from the subscribers across the globe and resolved their queries and complaints daily
  • Ensure that all the email / Chat communication activities are performed in accordance with the company policies
  • Will be required to Multi-task and handle 2-3 chats simultaneously
  • Excellent Communication (Written)
  • Should be flexible with shifts (6 days working. Rotational shifts Morning, Afternoon and Night)
  • Emails and Chat customer support experience is preferred
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and organised
  • Typing Proficiency: 40-50 wpm
