Job Summary
- Answer emails / chats received from the subscribers across the globe and resolved their queries and complaints daily
- Ensure that all the email / Chat communication activities are performed in accordance with the company policies
- Will be required to Multi-task and handle 2-3 chats simultaneously
- Excellent Communication (Written)
- Should be flexible with shifts (6 days working. Rotational shifts Morning, Afternoon and Night)
- Emails and Chat customer support experience is preferred
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and organised
- Typing Proficiency: 40-50 wpm
